All our Web Hosting services include a 30 day money back satisfaction guarantee. If you are dissatisfied with your service for any reason, you will receive a full refund of 100% of your money if you cancel your account within 30 days of the activation. To cancel all you need to do is email accounts@webwolf.co.za and we will take care of that very quickly.
Performance/100% Uptime Guarantee
WebWolf.co.za guarantees that the network will be available 100% of the time in a given month, excluding scheduled maintenance. Therefore after network downtime of 1.41 minutes per day, calculated monthly, WebWolf.co.za will refund 5% of the monthly hosting fee to the requesting customer for each 30 minutes of downtime up to 100% of the monthly fee.
- Between 0 minutes and 45 minutes downtime per month (100% – 99.9% uptime) : No credit
- Between 45 minutes and 3 hours 30 minutes downtime per month (99.9% – 99.5% uptime) : 5% credit
- Between 3 hours 30 minutes and 7 hours 15 minutes downtime per month (99.5% – 99% uptime) : 10% credit
- Between 7 hours 15 minutes and 14 hours 30 minutes downtime per month (99% – 98% uptime) : 15% credit
- Between 14 hours 30 minutes and 1.5 days downtime per month (98% – 95% uptime) : 25% credit
- Greater than 1.5 days downtime per month (less than 95% uptime) : 100% credit
